John A. our technician arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and spent a long time answering our questions and discussing our options. John worked quickly to dismantle the old water heater and install the new one to meet current codes, he spent time with us explaining the new water heater and cleaned up everything before he left. Hi, Ben here from San Jose. We had a heater installed on 06/17/2019 by a technician named Mack. The heater is working well and he explained the workings of the control panel in detail. Unfortunately, I cannot give a five star review because there was a significant amount of solder and slime residue left on the floor, which is unsafe for our pets. Other than the lack of cleanliness, it was a job well done.

We are original owners of this home built in 1984. After the initial contractor supplied water heater went out I looked to the Yellow Pages (anyone under the age of 30 can disregard the term "Yellow Pages") and found Water Heaters Only. A tech came out within 24 hours and had me up and running in 90 minutes. Today I had my latest replacement visit from W.H.O. and had another outstanding installation experience, this time with Alex B. The old W.H.O. unit lasted 12.5 years which is outstanding considering the hard mineral deposits we deal with here in Silicon Valley. I will be a lifetime W.H.O customer and will certainly recommend them to anyone who is looking for top quality and outstanding customer service at a fair price.
