James is very knowledgeable, professional, and reliable. We have use him in several of our projects now. Very happy with his work. His work was outstanding. Very clean, I should add very reasonably priced. I would refer him to all my friends and customers any time.

WPC painted, installed new hardwood flooring and molding, and repaired water damage around the window in our guest bedroom. They did great work and the room looks like new again. I will be contacting them again when we tackle the rest of the house.

Yesterday, I confirmed with James that we like his quote (it was a big job so the quote was over $15,000) and would like to proceed with getting the work done to a home. We had set up a time to meet for today between 11-12. He then called to confirm at 11am... I told him my husband was already there at the property waiting like we had discussed. He said he'd be there in 20 minutes. After not showing up. He called my husband and said he couldn't take the job and had to decline it because it's not a good fit. Flabbergasted and a bit irked that my husband had been waiting, I called him to find out why. He simply stated we wouldn't be a good fit and that he's worked several other jobs with other Realtors and they are cheats. I'm shocked at this. So odd to me, I can't wrap my mind around it. It was just the oddest thing. My husband had asked him if there was anything we could have done different and he said no. I just don't get it. Long story short. Please don't use this company or this guy. He is rude and wasted our time! I find that completely unprofessional for him to assume we were cheats. We had nothing but the best intentions, were willing to sign contracts and pay cash as jobs were completed.
