Ordered plantation shutters. HD installed them incorrectly so I had to call for a repair. The repair didn't work so I had to have them come back a third time. I scheduled a 9:00 appointment. They failed to send a confirmation and they failed to show up and they failed to call me in advance. When I called they said there was an emergency and the installer was coming at 2:30 instead. Because I have nothing better to do all day but wait for them. Then they failed to show up at 2:30 and failed to call in advance. When I called they said something came up and the installer would not be coming. Now they want to schedule another appointment. I guess I have no choice since I want my expensive shutters repaired. But I will NEVER use HD Home Services again.
I paid for custom blinds supposed to be ready in 3 weeks and it's been 6 weeks, I had to call 3 different numbers several times to get a status and had to call directly the installer to get an appointment, Home Depot gets the money and then you are on your own. Go to a different blind supplier that provides E2E service.
