I wish I could give 0 stars. Called - they said tech coming to fix heater. Man that showed up was no repair man. He had no tools, no test equipment, and was surprised to discover my heater in the house. Had nothing but a cell phone. He looked at my heater tried to wiggle the pipes and told me my heater was old and should be replaced. I asked if he could repair it. He called someone on his cell and told them I wanted to repair it. They told him it would cost $465. I asked to fix what? He said the pilot controller. A 40 gal heater at Lowes cost about $429 and these people want $465 to replace a controller. The repair man never even looked at the controller nor did he attempt to operate it. I decided this was a scam to sell heaters not repair anything. I told the so called repair man to leave. I will call someone else another day. The repair man handed me his cell phone and the man on the phone yelled at me that I was a cheapscape and owed him $99. I said no. The repairnan left and within a minute the man called my phone and began threatening me with collections and said he would harass me every day on the phone. The repairmen arrived at 5:35pm and left at 5:42pm. The 1st threatening call came at 5:44pm. I told him to do what he felt he had to do. Regrets max!
I wish I could give them a 0. Don't call affordable, they're not. They over charge for everything. They charge $100.00 just to come to your door step. I made that mistake already. Then they charge to fix the problem. Their water heaters are way over priced and their installation is even more over price.
