Extremely unprofessional. We had them come out to inspect a leak on our tenants water heater. The technician called me and gave me an outrageous quote of around $3500 to replace it. I could hardly hear him on the phone and told him I had to talk it over with my husband. He told me to take my time. I ended up getting busy with a client and didn't call the guy back right away... which I felt I didn't have to seeing as he told me to "take my time". Less than half an hour later my phone starts blowing up. Literally, this company was calling me non-stop! I couldn't answer because I was busy with a client. After ten minutes, the buzzing became too distracting for both of us. When I finally answered the phone, the operator by the name of Dallas was basically yelling at me for not answering my phone! He was expressing great frustration with me that I was not answering and I had not yet called his technician back. Even when I tried to explain to him the situation he continued to remain argumentative with me. We were so busy with other stuff that we ended up using the company out of sheer lack of time to shop around, but I would definitely advise against anyone else doing so. Companies like this who treat their consumers with such disrespect do not deserve peoples business.
