I have a rental property in Oakland CA and had a leak into one of my units. I had a roofing company over that gave me a very high estimate to repair the leak I had ( basses on their inspection its the fascia boards between the roof line to my gutters. Yanay with Sunshine Gutters ( basses here in Oakland ) came and gave me half the price it would have cost to repair my gutters with the roofer. I had the repair done within 2 weeks of quoting. The installation went smoothly.
