Lifetime Water and Air

Do not go through this company. We purchased a water filter unit a few yrs ago and it currently needs to be serviced. We've been trying to get in contact with this company for 3 weeks to request a part. We've talked multiple times with Michelle which promised to call us back each time. Till this day, she hasn't called back. We just talked to the manager and he was just down right rude and inconsiderate. This is no way to treat customers. Everyone, take our advise and do no business with this company. There are many other water treatment companies to go through.
