I have been doing business for 6 months. Every issue took two visits. They pushed the maintenance plan that does absolutely nothing but cost money. Additionally with four visits every technician recommends extra maintenance work for about $500. Interesting how each technician can find something different. Really
Had a 5 ton split AC unit installed on a day where it hit 111 degrees. The installer's Ronnie and Frank did not let the high temps. Keep them from doing a great job. They went above and beyond on their install and at the same time they were very courteous and professional. Precision should be very proud to have these 2 guys as part of their team.
Our water would not shut off in our shower. Cameron was very polite and good with our dogs, making sure they did not get out while he was going back and forth. He did not have all the fixtures needed for the repair on his truck. He promptly went and bought them and repaired the shower within an hour. Cameron also let us know our water shutoff at the house was broken. He had to turn the water off at the curb. We had him replace that as well. Having an older home I was glad to have it repaired. The shower looks great! We have used Precision Air for various plumbing issues over the years. I find them to be honest and fair with their prices and their repairs have held up over time.
Got a whole new air conditioning and heating unit installed by Dave and Lance recently. They were excellent and took their time to make sure everything was done right, even in the sweltering heat. They were very pleasant and happy to answer all my questions. Very happy with our new system and would recommend Precision to all.
We have been using Precision Air for MANY years, both for AC maintenance (and installations) and for some plumbing as well. We've found their preventative maintenance agreements to be a good idea and keep renewing them for the benefits they provide. We called Monday morning with plumbing drainage issues and they sent Mateo out the same day and he was very helpful. Highly recommended!
