A huge thank you to Daniel who went to do an inspection of a roof repair on my rental property by an unauthorised contractor. He even sent photos to my management agent ...I had been worried that any opinion on the repair would result in the work having to be" redone". Although the work was in his opinion not to his standard ( cosmetically a rough looking repair) he deemed it sound. It is refreshing to find an honest and punctual trades person these days. I have instructed that this is the go to firm for any work we require in the future.
