ERG Boiler Repairs

Strongly not suggested if you in rush! I Has boiler problem, call them, wait for few hours for two days. No one has show up. Call to office, nobody able to contact with the engineer who work outside and keep saying he is on the way, wasting time to wait. don't know where he has gone? Anyway, no show at all, and waste time and keep calling, finally have to give up. Poor service and my comment is if too busy, do not take the job. Give the chance to other who can carry out the work. Never call them ever again. It's terrible!!!!!! One star is needed to write the review. Be honest, i will give no star.
