Majestic HP LTD

I contacted Steve regarding fitting a new shower. He seems to have very good reviews online and I expected him to give a quote and do a decent job. After my experience, I wonder if those reviews are even genuine. I contacted Steve several times and it was difficult to even get through and speak to the guy. There was automated text messages saying that his wife was ill, wife was having a baby etc on different occasions and there was no reply to any of my calls / messages. I finally got through and he told me he would come and see the shower and see what he could do. He did go see the shower eventually and told me he would give a quote. However, after several email / texts / calls from me prompting him about the quote, he never even gave a quote. He kept saying he would get it to me soon. After a few weeks of this, I went to Mark Worth at MG Drains who also does plumbing. Mark was amazing.. such a nice guy, genuine, kept my costs to a minimum and was very prompt in completing the work. So, not sure about the great reviews of Steve from Majestic.. I would not trust him to do anything. If you are too busy, then just say so rather than wasting time for everyone. As for his poor wife, she seems to play a major role in all his excuses for giving a poor service!
