Called this morning because our pool heater wasn't working. Was hesitant to call because of possible huge expense to fix it. The gentleman I spoke to was very eager to help me out and provided some recommendations to try before they dispatch and cost us a lot of money. I fixed the issue myself. This company sure does take customer service seriously and they don't take advantage on people.
