They were hired to install a electric actuator. They did it was faulty. they never have come back to replace it. many, many , attempts to get them back and the job has not been repaired
Our 22 year old cooler recently broke down and we called Black and McDonald. In 20 minutes, YES 20 minutes, a young man walked through the door hauling equipment to use to look at our old cooler. He worked on the cooler for the better part of the afternoon and stayed extra to make sure it was running okay. The next day the young man came in and said he was "in the area and he wanted to check on the cooler." He gave us a very detailed invoice and he was so professional. We are a charity and every dollar counts and by resurrecting our old and tired cooler he saved us a lot of money. I would highly recommend Black and McDonald.
