BOOKING NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!! We called company Oct31 2014 in the am to request an app to repair or replace a leaking water heater we were told by booking clerk a plumber would be out to our res. between 2-4pm we were then called to say he was running behind and appt changed to 4-6pm then we called 2 hrs later to ask if he was still coming answer was Yes then they called us 2hrs later to say they would have to re schedule Nov 1 2014 in am We were okay with this up to this point as these things can happen. The am of Nov1 was then changed to the early afternoon then when we called when no one came they said it would be later, they called again to reschedule with no shows all day. Received a call 4pm to say they would not be able to come untill late am or afternoon of Nov2 2014. At this pt. we cancelled their service and asked to speak to the manager we were put thro to his voice mail, message was left re the sevice we had received.We informed manager that we were very unhappy with service. We would not recommend using this Plumbing Company.
