First class all the way. Very responsive. Highly Recommend. We have extremely hard water at our home and had constant build up and corrosion that lead to repeated issues with our ice maker. I contacted the Water Doctors and they came over to conduct a consult and they performed a water test and provided a number of solutions at various price points. The follow up was tremendous and they scheduled and completed the install quickly and professionally. First class operation. A great company for all your water needs. Highly recommended!!

We found working with the staff at Water Doctors a great experience. Their salesperson John A. was able to answer any questions we had and explain how the various water conditioners worked. I was very impressed that John seemed sincere in finding the right softener for our needs not just the unit with the highest price. Their technician, Bobby W who did our install was great to work with. He was on time, courteous, respectful of our home, he made sure everything was cleaned up and any trash removed before he left. He did a great job explaining how our unit operates. He went over how the change the filter and add salt. He wanted to make sure we didn't have any questions. One of the best customer service experiences I've had, I highly recommend doing business with Water Doctors.

I highly recommend Water Doctors. Their Kinetico system is far superior in every aspect than all the other equipment I had previously had in my home. Only regret is I did not have it installed sooner. Their staff is highly professional and courteous. The Reverse Osmosis drinking water system is outstanding allowing me to stop delivery of bottled water. With my well water quality (or lack of) this was a major accomplishment in my book.
