Hoppa Pumping Services & Electrical

I contacted Hoppa about 6 weeks ago to pump my septic tank. I was told 4 separate times that they would be there, and they never showed up and never once called to let me know. This is a business that does not need your money, and does not care about your time. They don't answer the phone, voice mail is full, and they do not respond to e-mail. Maybe they are out of business now, or maybe they just really don't want any new business.

It would be nice if the company had a Secretary to answer calls instead of letting the voicemail fill up so no one can call and leave a message. Was told someone would be here in the am like planned. It is now 3pm in the afternoon and still waiting. Too bad they dont call the customer to let them know they are running behind. Over all from previous times we've hired them to pump out our septic, the truck driver was nice, worked fast, and job got done. They just need to work on time management, contacting customers, and fixing that voicemail. ****Update: june 20th 2018. Im surprise they have a good rating still. Inever got a call back from them and will never recommend friends to this company.

I needed work in a pinch and they scheduled around my schedule to accommodate. Job was done clean and quick and the rates were competitive

Fast service great guy. If you want to get your plumping done this is the company to call.
