Home Services at The Home Depot

We had a good experience with Chelsea in flooring, however it was much more of a process trying to get our floors installed than they prepared us for. No one told us about us having to have our 7 yr old linoleum tested for asbestos which in turn delayed our install! We are also have loads of trouble taking to someone at home solutions, the contracting company who Home Depot works through. Their automated system is terrible. I would recommend finding somewhere else to have your floors done.

I have never received good customer service from this store. I called ahead to ask if they do swamp cooler installations, which i thought was a simple question. I was told that they would call me back in half hour and hung up on me without getting my name or number. We decided to just inot all it ous elves so we went into the store to buy a swamp cooler and no one asked to help me. I looked around and asked several people and no one could help me. Apparently no one knows anything about swamp coolers during the summer time at home depot. We bought what we thought we would need and went home. Many of the parts were damaged when we took them out of the box when we got home. So now we will have to return them. I'm so disappointed with my experience with this store. I will never go back other than to return the parts.
