Bruce's Septic Services

I have used Bruce since I bought my house five years ago. They have always done a great job and treated me and my family like a long time friend. I highly recommend them for all your septic system issues.

I've only had them pump my septic once so far and they were VERY nice and uninformative. But when i had a very old clay pipe collapse they kept rescheduling. Some of the time it was understandable like a snow storm. But then they didn't show up or call to reschedule or tell me they couldn't come out. Nothing. Then when i tried calling all day. Leaving voice mails no reply. I finally got a hold of someone and he had no idea what i was talking about and told me i had the wrong bruce's septic company. I got the phone number off of his business card and websit. And he said said he would call back when he gound something out. He never called me back. They are nice people but it being a small business means they are EXTREMELY hard to get a hold of and to get them out to fix the septic tank. They kept not coming by and even when they did finally come by they were they came three and a half hours after they were supposed to be there no later than. And didnt even start the job. Said they will have to come back by the next day. My septic tank has been broken for well over a month.

Don't return calls or e-mails. Useless.

Efficient, friendly and there when you need them.
