No longer in business at this address

We needed an inspection to sell a house. The guy came out and dug the septic lid out, took something off our system and replaced something on it. They did not finish the inspection because they could not find the distribution box and to top things off cracked the lid on our septic tank when they put it back.. We have tried to call, don't get answers. We've asked for a detailed bill, can't get them to send one. We've asked them to fix the lid, they tried saying it does not meet county codes so they could replace it without cost to them for breaking it. I'll change this rating if they fix the problem, but we seem to be getting nowhere. SAD, we have used these company for several of our homes, but it seems there are new folks running it; and it truly shows. Don't use these guys.

I usually don't write a review unless I have had extraordinarily good service. This time, I just can't help but to write a negative review. This is one of the worst company to deal with. There is nothing wrong with the guys in the field, in fact, they did a great job. That is where the service ends though. for months we have been trying to get the administrative staff to do their job and send the documentation to the county. Everytime I call, they make promises to get it taken care of right away but never do. The last conversation I had with their office they hung up on me when they realized that I wasn't going to take one of their empty promises anymore. Stay away from these guys, they are not worth the aggravation!

Called and spoke with the receptionist. I asked her about getting an inspection done for the sale of a house. She told me the technician would call me back. 4 days later I called and left a message since I hadn't heard back. A week went by after that call, I called a third time. Still no response and it's been a week since that final call.
