Plumbers Grand prairie TX

So I originally hired these guys to come out and repair my leaking shower. They sent out Marcus, who, was a very nice boy. But I am doubtful these guys have a license. The only thing that took place when Marcus arrived was a shower pan test that cost me 199.99, tested fine, then he cut a hole in my wall to check for leaks at pipes. Blamed the shower leak on the shower door which yes, water would dribble out of the shower door. I was highly doubtful this was why water was coming under wall from the other side of the wall about 15-20 minutes after we would shower. And I had freshly caulked all around floor base of outer shower. But.... I took his word as I figured he was the professional right? So I re caulked the entire shower top to bottom, sealed everything, checked tiles for possible cracks, etc, I even bought a shower curtain to block the shower door. We still have a leak after every shower about 15-20 minutes later. I call Marcus back and again, very nice boy but I honestly do not think he is LICENSED. I had him replace valves under my bathroom sink upstairs he did a great job on that. But when it comes to more complex issues such as a leaking shower I would NOT recommend this company. Cost me almost 400.00 to still have the same problem. I now have Baker Brothers Plumbing coming out to find the issue, they in return already informed me they believe it MIGHT be the shower drain leaking which is a quick fix. So now today I will probably be dropping another 2 to 500.00 to finally have the problem fixed RIGHT. I feel like I was ripped off. When it comes to plumbing you get what you pay for. Very let down by the service I got from these guys. Call a COMMERCIAL plumber. It will cost you more but your problem will be fixed. From now on I will just stick with what I know. Baker Brothers.

Amazing administration, opportune and proficient. Reasonable valuing. Will utilize Plumbers Grand prairie TX again should I need any plumbing service later on. The administration specialist was generally excellent and clarified everything thing in detail. Very much done.
