affordable plumbing

I bought a fixer upper in Little Elm, Texas. This company was recommended by my foundation company (VTD Foundation). Unable to find reviews online, I was hesitant. I verified the plumber/owner was licensed & insured. Since their bid was cheaper by a few thousand than the cheapest bid I had gotten (from 3 other companies), I decided to use them. I was concerned when the plumber (Louis) sent his crew out to do the work instead of him. But Little Elm requires inspection before passing a job & on the second inspection, passed their work (the first time the line pitch needed adjusting - it's a long house). They also fixed my washer box. A month after the work was done I had an issue with the guest bathroom toilet. Too soon to have a problem, I contacted them. They sent one of their techs (Sergio) to inspect the line. It was clear & the toilet was flushing again so no one knew why I had a problem. Two months later, I had an issue again with the same toilet. Sergio came 5 days later (on Sunday) & showed me with the camera the sewer line going away from the house was clear. He looked at the line from the other direction & saw a block. He & (3) other guys removed the toilet & showed me the line was clear, but he pointed out the wax ring had shifted & was causing the problem (my cousin & I had installed that toilet). They provided a ring & repaired the toilet. I asked Louis if there was a service charge since it was an "above foundation" issue. He declined & just wanted to show it wasn't a problem due to their work. So, I bought his crew pizza to say thank you. (Note: I had an issue getting a hold of the company early on & learned they had an older email address that apparently wasn't monitored as often. When I had Louis' number/email, he was always quick to respond.)
