I had used Barrett for about 14 years at 4 residences. I was very satisfied, but the last 3 years or so they consistently tell me I need things replaced that they have replaced themselves a few months prior on the same 5 year old unit. One year I paid nearly $1000 in repairs and replacements. The next year nearly $600. This year they said I needed to replace several of the parts I just replaced last year. Additionally, I would have to go buy the parts and make another appointment for them to replace. Oh, and they never gave me a quote. Said I would get a call. Never did.
Reliability of service and quality work is super important to me and both of those I have found with Barrett.
I have relied on their honest work for a long time. They are people you can really trust with complete transparency.
I don't watch what they say, I watch what they DO. And they have all the qualities of a great company!
