I wonder who rated these guys' phone scheduling system as easy. I certainly had the opposite experience. The receptionist Amanda was short and impatient. Placed me on hold for over 5 minutes almost immediately and then hung up on me. I called back 3 times and all 3 times she would pick up the call and hang up immediately. Such a customer service!
