This is a shout out to a awesome Home Depot employee who was extremely helpful, two of us girls went in and had no clue what we wanted as far as flooring just ideas and a price range and Monty (hope I spelled that right) ended up going through so many options with us as far as carpet and then ended up finding us the perfect solution with the allure hardwood look vinyl, Monty I hope you see this because I just want you to know we really appreciated your help and your patience

Horrific customer service- Whatever you do, do not deal with window/door department. I paid twice for people to come measure my patio door.. 2 weeks after I stopped in to see if they had a price for me..Of course not...No help.. I called many times left messages No call back. Take your business elsewhere

Ordered a new front door in early May 2013. The Home Depot contractor came out and collected incorrect measurements. Door arrived late and allegedly damaged. Determined that it was not damaged and installer was to arrive two days ago. It didn't happen. Second installer was to arrive today and did not. I have had to make multiple trips to store to get the status and to micro manage them to coordinate installers. The installation manager and his employee of the second group of all installers are pointing fingers at each other on why it was not installed. The installers are independent contractors and are horrific. I was initially being helped by the store manager, but he left the store to run personal errands outside of the store. I have been sitting at the front desk for hours. At Home Depot, the customer does not matter. Go to Lowes!!!!!
