Updated: I had an issue with a misdiagnosis on our system and left a review stating my issue with the company. The next day, they called me and offered to make it right. This says a lot about a company that tries to make things right with a customer, even if there was a bad experience. I've revised the review from a 1 star because these guys made things right without any expectation for me to change the review. That's uncommon these days. Thank you, Mr. Hill. These guys don't know anything about Geothermal systems. A while back, I called to get a diagnostic and specifically asked if they worked on my brand of HVAC. The lady that answered said yes, so I scheduled the diagnostic. When the technician arrived, he knew nothing of my system. He asked me for the manual and asked what I've done to troubleshoot. After about an hour, diagnosed it to be a thermister on the air handler. I ordered one on eBay to fix it, but I decided to get a second opinion because I wasn't getting the same result with my multimeter that the tech did. I found the original installer and had them come out. They said the first technician misdiagnosed it and said it was a circuit board (common problem with my model). I called to ask for a partial refund to my diagnostic. I was told a manager would call and work it out with me. I'm still waiting for that call... Never again.

These people are great because they want people happy. That simple....they take care of their customers!! That is a HUGE DEAL to me and I'm sure others. I am so glad our builder knew to use Hill & Co to do the plumbing in our newly built home. I would recommend these people to anyone. Thank you Hill & Company...my plumbers for life!!

Hello Jon, i gave you one star the first time I posted a review on here about the issues i had with my system and you mentioned that the installers were from a company with the same name but different ownership. I have changed my rating based on your commitment to getting my system running better. You sent a tech at no cost to me numerous times to get my system running correctly, I have not had an issue with my house maintaining the temp I set it at. I want to thank you for going the extra mile in getting me the customer satisfaction I wanted.

Excellent experience. Jeff and Dale Holloway were very knowledgeable and professional. Made suggestions that actually saved us money. Installers were very professional while being quick and clean. Would definitely recommend.

UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE!!! New construction home. Unit had a small refrigerant leak after 2.5 years came out and corrected problem free of charge. DEFINATELY RECOMMEND Hill & Company in Edmond, OK.
