Kevin came today to pump our tank and he was AMAZING! He was here a half hour early and he was so helpful. He pumped our tank and afterward realized we had a clog and he tried for about an hour to snake it out as he said he didn't want to leave us with the clog. He didn't have to do that, but it was much appreciated. East Coast Septic is also very reasonably priced considering the other companies I called. I highly recommend them.

Called East Coast Septic Services about an issue I was having with my Septic system mildly backing up. They returned my call very quickly and advised on what the most potential issue was. An appointment was made with an estimate over the phone with options to reduce the cost, but I was out of town on business so I simply said whatever it takes. East Coast Septic Services were on time at my home and called me immediately after the work was performed with a full report and no difference in price versus the estimate. All fixed!!! I would recommend these guys to anyone. You just can't find professional and honest people now a days... East Coast Septic Services is both.

We were specifically referred to this company by a plumber in Seymour. Our toilet and bathtub we’re backing up with water. We called around 9 PM at night and the owner answered the phone immediately. We scheduled a time the next day and one of the workers Kevin came by with a 2000 gallon pumping truck. Kevin was efficient, knowledgeable and very professional. Kevin took the time to explain how our system is set up and he noticed there was an issue with one of our drainage pipes. Kevin resolved the problem quickly and made recommendations to remedy in the future. Highly recommend!
