This is the worst plumbing in Las Vegas. I called and made an appointment on a Friday, and nobody ever showed up. I called and they said they will be 30 minutes longer. 3 hours later, still nobody showed up. I called once more and they asked to reschedule for the very first appointment the following Monday at 9am. Come Monday and nobody shows up at 9. I wait until 9:30 and call the office. The lady says she'll call me back when she finds out where the technician is. 10:30 rolls around, no call back and still no technician. I call once more, and the same lady says, she forgot to call me back and they technician was on another job, and they didn't think it would take that long. How come I was told I would have the first appointment at 9am and then you send your technician to another job?!?! Absolutely terrible customer service. I would not recommend anyone to this company. I wasted 2 sick days from work for absolutely nothing.
