Had a couple of toilets bought from Lowes installed and one had a leak. After calling Lowes and Pain in the Pipe Plumbing the following morning, the installers came back and figured there was a hairline crack in the tank causing the leak. The installer reported the defect to Lowes and promptly came back with a new tank and issue solved the same day and I couldn't be happier! Good job Mario and Pat and thanks to Kasey too for her assistance relaying the urgency to get the job done right away, so we didn't have to cancel our Labor Day holiday weekend plans, including Tony and Allison of Lowes!
Best deal in town. They take care of me and my families plumming needs with great prices and excellent work.
Installed a new faucet for me via Lowes but 1. Took the old faucet which I had plans for & was worth money & 2. Took the box the new faucet came in & left a bunch of accessories / manuals that came with new unit on my kitchen counter. *Both items taken WITHOUT our permission*. Wife did not notice items were taken at the time. I called these folks 1st thing next morning, was promised call back on where my property was, NEVER GOT A RETURN CALL as promised. Had to dispute thru Lowes, & did receive some compensation from Lowes, however, it took a significant amt of rear end pain & cost me valuable time/effort. Important Note: Wife was NOT asked if they could take anything while there & I never signed ANYTHING saying we gave them the right to take any of our existing property... not an invoice, not the service contract, zip/nodda. This bad review could've been easily prevented if these folks would've just been courteous enough to ask what our wishes were before taking property which did not belong to them.
They came out almost immediately, however, pictures were taken and we were told the company would call with an estimate shortly. Fortunately my husband wouldn't allow the guy to leave the water off, like he wantes to. Three hours later he called the office and was then told the service man was going to bring the pictures into the office for an estimate. Due to forsight my husband then called one of your competitors to have the work done. We still have not heard back from your company and its been over 24 hours. We won't be using them again.
