If you’re looking for a mold/water damage remediation company, stop looking now and hire Servpro Piscataway. I was very nervous to speak with numerous companies since this was the first time I have ever dealt with mold/water damage and I was pressed for time since I am selling my home very soon. After speaking with two other companies and being very disappointed with their practices, I finally found Servpro Piscataway. This is by far the most seamless, professional, and thorough experience I’ve had with any home service company. Debbie, Chris, and Ben treated me so well, I felt extremely appreciated and valued as a customer. They are great communicators and took the time to explain everything to me from start to finish. My basement looks great and the price was very reasonable. I was so impressed that I recommended Servpro Piscataway to my neighbor while Ben was still working on my basement. Debbie made it very easy to schedule both of my appointments and showed a great sense of urgency to complete my service in time for the closing date of the sale of my home. Not an ideal situation to call late afternoon on Friday, but ServPro came through. So thankful to everyone! Our sump pump failed and I went into the basement to find about 2 inches of water. ServPro took care of the situation in about 3 hours, wish I had called sooner. I tried nearly all day and made no progress. If you are ever in an emergency situation, call them. They are wonderful. Everyone at the company is really great. Thank you again!
