We've done business with Petro for years, and have always been very pleased with their service. Last week, the thermostat just suddenly wasn't working properly. Everything had been fine, and then when I came home after an evening out and turned up the thermostat, I got nothing. No heat, no fan, no nothing. And it was cold! I called the next morning and they sent out a technician who fixed the problem. Beyond that, he explained what had happened and showed me how to troubleshoot any future problems. Would recommend Petro Home Services to anyone who asked! Thanks!

I discovered that my rate was $1.45 per gallon more than average. I called to ask about my rate and was told the rate for the day, for me, was now .18 more than my bill for the last delivery. I was quoted $4.19 per gallon. That works out to $1.65 over the average rate. I realized I was paying between $500 and $600 over average for years now. I don't understand how they get away with this, however I guess I never really paid attention. Just paid my bill. My bad. Not to be yours, though. Any company willing to fleece people like this, should not be trusted. The funny thing is, I called to close my account and the retention department called me back and quoted me $2.72 down $1.47 from the earlier discussion. So they knew they were fleecing me. Poor customer service. High, high prices. Stay away!

One of our heat zones would not turn off. We called Petro home service at 5:30pm and they had a service technician at our house by 8pm. He was very knowledgeable and quickly figured out the problem (which unfortunately required an electrician). Great experience overall.

We got into some financial difficulty this past year and Petro was so patient and wonderful. They worked with us to create a payment plan while continuing to deliver oil. Previous years their prices were below average and auto delivery always came before we ran out. We will continue to use Petro and highly recommend them.

The service person who came was excellent he did a thorough job checking everything out for us. Very happy
