Flex & Flux

If I could give 10 negative stars that would be more fitting for this hack of a company!! They told us so many lies about when the were going to show up, not to mention I personally have been working with pools for the past 20 years, I recently got s new job and have no time so I figured it would be so much easier pay someone to do it. These guys have know idea what they are doing!! When they did finally show up I played dumb, they tried to show me how to backwash and how much shock and DE to put in and they were way off!!! Fly by night company that cuts corners because the guys that come out are sub contracted and don’t care!!! All I can say is that to never use this company!!!!

So far so good. These guys bailed us out beyond words. After the first companybthT was hired abandoned the job and essentially made it 100% necessary to replace our liner, flex and flux stepped in and assessed the damages, subcontracted a liner company and got our pool up and running beautifully within 2 weeks. I was so traumatized from the previous company that I borderline harrassed flex and flux but they came through and saved the day. The weekly service since then has been efficient and punctual so far as well. Thanks for saving our summer J.
