Not only is this a great product but also amazing service. We did an addition on our house and Eduard was courteous, neat, informative, reliable and thorough. On the final day he walked me through everything and explained the system. He was very helpful.

Eduard is not only the nicest guy - he's also the most honest and helpful AC/furnace technician I've ever interacted with. This industry is ripe for these contractors to take advantage of their clients. Eduard is the exact opposite. As his site states - he outlined a repair of our condenser unit that ended up costing a fourth of what two others had quoted us. I'll only ever use Zigzag as long as I live in an area that he'll service. And would be willing to pay him extra to travel to wherever I was.

After calling numerous HVAC companies & explaining my unique situation regarding cooking odors coming from my next door neighbor through my basement, no one was willing to come out to at least diagnose the problem. After calling Edward, he listened carefully. Edward came out & stayed 2 hours to get to the root of the problem. By process of elimination & determination, he took an educated guess & sealed holes in the exhaust fan along with walls. He advised me before he performed the work that he was not 100% sure it will work, but that it was worth the shot. - Only the next round of cooking from my neighbor will tell. I am just grateful he took the time to troubleshoot this problem. Edward and his assistant are professional and thorough. They get my business from now on!
