Mike and Seth were INCREDIBLE the past two days!! From honest, upfront prices and options to their nonstop hard work, these guys were the best! I had a pretty serious sewage problem and they worked without a single complaint. The customer service proved they truly cared about MY home and our problem. They worked well past 5:00 and didn't charge by the hour, as I previously mentioned, the pricing was upfront and honest. No hidden fees, no excessive charges etc. They did a very thorough job explaining the issues and I couldn't be more satisfied with the work. The company was amazing overall. I called Wednesday afternoon and the scheduler had a technician coming out first thing Thursday morning. They finished this evening and even after covering their shoes, laying down sheets etc, Mike swept as he left. Last thing, before Mike left, I talked to him about working for WyattWorks, as I find it is important to see how employee's are treated. Mike had only positive things to say about working for this company and I can now truly say, WyattWorks seems to be "best all around"!

Mike arrived on time, was courteous, put on his shoe booties, and went to work clearing the drain line. I felt the price for doing so was reasonable. However, I asked Mike to look at another sink where the stopper lift was difficult. He diagnosed the obvious problem and quoted the repair from his price book. The price was truly outrageous, I thanked Mike but told him I would repair the sink myself. If I was living in New York or New Jersey the price probably would have seemed more reasonable. I would suggest the Pineville WyattWorks come to an understanding that a New York based price book is far too rich for the Charlotte market and that its use will encourage customers to rapidly gravitate away from the company.

WyattWorks did an amazing job on my toilet and sink repair. They kept me well informed of the schedule, provided several options, and efficiently made the corrections that were needed. Many thanks to Joshua, Seth and the entire WyattWorks team!

Wow! After the pathetic service I received from Morris-Jenkins Plumbing, WyattWorks offered the best possible service. They assessed our system and specific concerns, offered options, then took care of the job on the spot. After being told that our water pressure (one of three concerns) was "fine," Jeremy at WyattWorks knew exactly what to do and now we have 20 lbs more water pressure! He also fixed a leaky pipe and replaced corrosive fittings on our water heater. Worth the price to come out because they got the job done! Don't be fooled by excessive advertising, WyattWorks is the real deal.
