FANTASTIC experience with David and Bowen Plumbing. I called David at 1: 37pm. It is now 2:06pm and not only was he able to take my call, stop by my home (just so happened he was near by), diagnose my hot water heater's issues, he was had the part available and installed the new heating element. Within 30 MINUTES, I have hot water again! He was friendly, offered great advice, and very quick. This was my first time using Bowen Plumbing, but it will certainly not be my last. I highly recommend this company.
We were told at 10:00 that someone would be here “before noon” to look at our water heater. At noon, we were told the guy was running late. At 1:15, he “was on his way.” Now, it’s after 2:30 and, when I called, I was told that we never called back to say it was okay to come. I guess it’s a good thing I’ve scheduled an appointment with a different plumbing service for later this afternoon.
Mr Bowen knows about older plumbing and gives great professional services.
WE have used Bowen Plumbing a bout a half dozen times. He shows up when scheduled and does good work. Good problem solving as well.
They do great work and come highly recomemded.
