They were amazing! They weren’t out to make a quick buck which is what you find a lot of these days. They were truly out to find my family the best fit and deal financially. They were fast efficient and very nice. I called and they came out the next day, the following day we did the paper work and on the 3rd day they had everything hooked up and my house is nice and cool. I would recommend them to anyone.

Clarence Morris was the repair man that I got. He seemed very knowledgeable and personable. Seemed truthful and was very fast! He also taught me a few things about my AC. Gave helpful hints on maintaining the AC! Request Clarence!

Columbia Heating and Cooling does a great job! They came out earlier this year to work on my duplex, they fixed the broken unit and checked over the other side for free to make sure no other problems were lurking. So when my parent's AC went out, I knew who to call. They came out the same day and got it all fixed up. They even helped clean up some of the wiring that had seen better days. Thanks Clarence!

On June 30, 2019 it was a very hot day in Columbia Missouri. I spent all morning till noon working outside. Decided to come in the house to cool off. Getting my house into my favorite chair and I live there for hours not feeling any cooler. I go down to the basement where it was cooler and hung out there for a while. When my wife had informed me it was 80° upstairs. A check to sermons that and it should’ve been about 75 with the air running in the house so my wife had a hunch to look at the compressor because she never heard it running. Showing up again she was right and we had an issue. It was a typical hot summer evening and we’re getting ready to go on vacation what we felt uncomfortable waiting to have the air conditioner compressor locked up. So we called for help and Clarence arrived at our home at 10 PM in the evening. There were multiple issues and that he was able to fix all of them. Clarence knowledge of the air-conditioner was excellent and his And his truck was well equipped and we did not have to order any parts. Who is in about an hour Clarence I had the old air conditioner purring like a kitty cat again and cooling the house down. I finally went to bed at midnight and that house felt wonderful once again.
