Mike's Custom Mechanical

I've had an excellent experience with this company. I called last Thursday because my AC wasn't working. Just a few hours later Bob was at my house explaining my options. Had him look at my furnace, too, as it is very old and decided to replace both. Tyler and Steven were right on time this morning and have been working ever since. Everyone has been great about explaining everything all throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them!

Awesome people! Came out to my 90 degree home quick to put in a new AC! Very nice guys and very tolerant of my 4 naughty dogs! Highly recommended!! The sales guy was hilarious and very entertaining! Really enjoyed him! Thanks!

Had Mike's unhook and re-hook our air conditioning as were having a concrete slab installed under the air conditioner. Everyone involved with Mike's was absolutely a joy to work with. Tyler did the work and everything went smoothly. I'll be doing work with them in the future.

We had a fantastic experience with Mike's turning the disaster of a broken air-conditioner with extra family staying with us during a very hot and humid week into a super cool end of the week. After being told by one of the large AC repair companies that they couldn't help us for a few weeks we contacted Mike's. They had Bob out to our house the next day. We didn't have much time because we were headed to a family gathering so he told us exactly what the situation was and what Mike's could do to repair it. Bob gave me the pricing on several options so we could choose what fit us best. We were again pleased we had called Mike's because the option we chose was about half the cost of what one of the big dealers had quoted us just a few weeks earlier. We will even be receiving $1,000 in rebates when all the paperwork is done. The best surprise of all was when Bob told us they could get a crew out to our house the next day yo get the work done. He did this with his office while on speaker phone so I could hear everything being said. I loved that transparency. There wasn't any con job going on. Mike (not the owner) and Steve were out the next day and since we couldn't be at the house the whole day it was great to get home mid afternoon and find everything rolling along just as scheduled. Everything was installed brilliantly and they took the time to make sure we had all our questions answered and the system was going just how we wanted it to. Everything is running great and we have to keep pushing the temperature we set up because the system is so much more efficient the house feels really cold. Thanks a ton, Bob, Steve, Mike, and Amanda. Great work. If you just read this and still go with one of the companies that advertise on TV you are wasting time and money. Don't do it.

It was amazing to have a contracting company give you a specific time they would be there and not give you a window. Mike's Custom Mechanical told us they would be there at 8:00am and they were right on time. Tyler was very friendly and converted our existing wall duct to go from a rectangle to a circle for the vent hood we are installing. Great Experience and will call them again for future needs.
