Randazzo Heating & Cooling

Our system was installed by Randazzo 5 years ago and it's been doing great. They were efficient and fairly priced. We recently had to have some warranty work done on the thermostat and were very satisfied with their prompt and efficient service. We give them an A+ and recommend them any chance we get.

They are a first class act! Very professional. Everyone from Tim, our Salesperson to Tony and Corey who did the installation were just great. Love our new air conditioner. They did an amazing job and cleaned up everything. I highly recommend using Randazzo to anyone looking for a great company to meet their heat or air needs. You will not be disappointed. We got three different bids and they had the best price for better equipment. Tim, Tony and Corey are real assets to your company! Will definitely call Randazzo when it’s time to replace our furnace! 2 Thumbs up...5 Stars!

The repair experience today (8/19/19) with Kevin the technician was very pleasant. Kevin was very professional and explained the issue fully and effectively. He appeared to be very thorough during the visit. I will not hesitate to utilize Randazzo again for any heating and cooling issues.

Great job by Will and Taco. Polite, patient, thorough, and professional. Their performance left me feeling that it might have been their own home they were working on, rather than mine, a stranger’s. I’d be glad to have them back should the need arise.

Great service as always. We knew what time window to expect their arrival, had a call to let us know when he was on his way, and then a text with a photo to let us know who would be arriving so we would recognize our technician. That is the excellent service we have come to expect from Randazzo. Nick was fantastic— great to work with, thorough, quick, and took the time to explain the problem and what had likely caused it. Randazzo over the last 15 years has installed A/C in our first house, A/C, furnace, and hot water heater in our second house, and they are who we call when something goes wrong. They are our first choice for a reason!
