Repeat customer. Excellent service and very efficient. Quality work. So far, I've had a water heater replaced (in emergency), spigot replaced and kitchen sink plumbing reworked. I will continue to rely on Ken Cook Plumbing.

Prompt and Efficient Service Ken Cook not only quoted me $600 less than their competitor (Olde Town Plumbing), but had an opening an hour after I called for emergency repairs. The plumbers showed up exactly on time, and got to work with no delay. They completely replaced my damaged water heater in just over an hour, and were out of my hair again within minutes. There were no hidden fees or extra charges to worry about. In addition, the workers were incredibly friendly and seemed genuinely pleased just to help me out. Would definitely call again, and absolutely recommend!

Excellent service and friendly employees. Called around to some of their competitors and what stood out about Ken Cook was the fact that they sincerely seemed happy to help me out. That was refreshing considering I had spent 4 days trying to fix the issue myself which was a huge waste of time, wish I would have called Ken first. They got here quick and solved the issue even quicker. I've had good and bad experience in the past with other plumbing companies but I'm happy to say Ken is my new go-to.

Our water pressure tank started gushing out water around 8 AM on a Saturday morning. Doug came out within an hour to take care of us. It turned out that the bottom of our tank was rusted out, and created a hole in the elbow joint. Doug replaced the tank, made sure the pressure was right, and even hauled away the old tank! When I first saw the water flowing in my basement, I figured my day was shot and I'd have to miss my daughter's soccer tournament. Thanks to Doug, I only missed the first game. I cannot express how thankful I was for his quick response and thorough job. Thanks again, Doug!!!

I made an appointment the previous day for today at 8 o'clock . I took apart my whole kitchen sink and bathroom sink where the leak was located, I also had to take a day off of work . 9 o'clock rolls around nobody's here, 11 o'clock rolls around nobody's here so I called the office and come to find out he took another job for more money and left me sitting here waiting on them the whole day like I didn't have anything else to do! Extremely unprofessional they didn't even end up coming out to my house at all, they tried to call me back at 2 and reschedule and I told them for get it! Wasted my whole day and my money because I'm obviously not getting paid thank you Ken Cook for being so professional!!
