We will NEVER USE ANOTHER PLUMBER ASIDE FROM PALOMAR PLUMBING! Truly, I cannot more emphatically say that. To explain, we had used Palomar Plumbing last year to replace the faucet in our Kitchen Sink. Last Sunday, the faucet started to fail and began leaking, so I called another plumber, with whom we receive VIP pricing, and they wanted to charge us more than a THOUSAND DOLLARS to replace and that was WITH THEIR VIP RATE (which, also, was almost $350 more than what we paid the previous year)! So, my wife instead found the receipt for Palomar Plumbing, explained the issue and the came to service the faucet IMMEDIATELY! Javier could not have been more magnificent in contacting Moen, explaining the issue and then working with us to get the part replaced and correct ALL AT NO CHARGE! It could not have been more obvious how serious Palomar Plumbing took their warranty guarantees as well as their dedication to customer service. This whole experience guaranteed that, as stated at the start, we will never work with another Plumbing company aside from Palomar Plumbing!
