Jeffrey Kline review about company Home Services at The Home Depot

The sales staff is incompetent. I order flooring for installation. Paid the measuring fee. Made arranagements to have the messuring company to come and measure. They came and measured. Next day they call and tell me they don't install that flooring. I call the store--"Oh yes Mr. K, we were going to call you and let know that the installer won't install anything with just a one year warrentee -- that material is too cheaply made." WTF! Couldn't tell me at the time I made the purchase? Couldn't tell me when made the appointment for measuring? I wouldn't have wasted my time and theirs if they'd be a little more forth coming with their incompentence at installing.
