Disappointed- we called them last week because we needed our plumbing hooked back up after getting new countertops installed. That was Monday. The person we spoke with knew that we would want the work done on Tuesday. We never heard from them. It is now Sunday, and we never received a call back. We found another plumber in Burlington on Thursday- they came on Friday, and the work was completed. I would never recommend a business that doesn't have the common courtesy to call you back.
