Julie Schroer review about company Precision Septic Systems Inc

This company does not stand behind its work! If you have a problem or a complaint, their response is to say they did a "good job" regardless of the facts or if the customer is unhappy and to basically ignore you. When you try to call them to come back out and fix a problem, they either ignore you or try to tell you to look at it yourself. The only reason we went with this company a second time was because they were able to finish the job sooner than other companies. More than likely they don't have a lot of work due to their poor work performance. We've definitely learned our lesson. Next time, we will hire someone else even if it means waiting longer. Would not recommend hiring this company for anything!!
