Gary and his team were able to find a solution to our shower pump issue within 4 hours. We had guests and having no shower was not acceptable and Gary re-ordered his work load to ensure that Naomi could attend quickly diagnose the issue and order the part and Neil could fit the part a few hours later. We could not recommend them highly enough it is a real team that works around their clients to find solutions to all issues. We have also used Gary for a few years on our oil fired AGA and he knows exactly how to ensure the fire his always burning a lovely blue .. thank you Gary and team.
