This company sent out a tech to work on another business in my building. Their tech (probably a helper) opened and damaged my unit by mistake. What makes this incredible is that the damage was witnessed by my AC guy who didn't put "two and two" together until days afterward (He was working on an AC at my other business in the same building). Incredibly, Don Henley at this company thinks that my guy might have done it. Of course, Don doesn't explain why my guy wouldn't have just given me his estimate on the damage and charged me to fix it so he makes a profit. Instead, my guy tells me who he witnessed doing it and walks away from making money off me. I have to contact the police to get resolution despite the fact that a wealth of evidence points to their guy damaging my unit. In my opinion, this is the type of unethical company that you don't want to trust to do the right thing when working on your business or home. When doing the right thing is an option, they decide to save a few dollars. Will you trust them to work on your unit?
