Christopher Low review about company Roto-Rooter

I called this company for a toilet clog. The technician refused to take off his street tennis shoes when entering the apartment, used a snake down the toilet which he then tried to carry dripping through the living room, and worst of all, did not solve the problem. For this is was charged $172. This business makes it almost impossible to contact anyone except their dispatcher. Customer complaints are ignored. I have used many good plumbers in Anchorage - but these guys provided a very bad experience.
