Better than expected. Called Saturday afternoon for a quote to replace water heater (non-urgent), replace angle stop and supply line to a toilet and replace leaky outdoor hose bib. Agreed to quote and work was scheduled for Sunday afternoon. Everything went smoothly and I was charged exactly as quoted.
