k Olson review about company On Time Service Plumbing
If you have an emergency, or even something you want fixed within a month, this is NOT the company to go with. Our warranty company assigned them to us & even though we had leaking water, they couldn't fit us in for 2 more days, then the day of the appointment came & they came to reschedule our morning appointment to the afternoon. Afternoon came & guess what? They called at 4:00 pm to say they couldn't make it & it was the day before a holiday, but granted they said they wouldn't be able to make it until NEXT WEEK (Today is Wednesday & it is only a 1-day holiday.) NOT reliable.
Nick was great. Job well done. Main line break from the street to my water shut off valve. Handled everything in a professional and trustworthy manner...
