Bianca Reyes review about company Affordable Plumbing and Septic

I love how they just "QUIT ON ME" and told me to call someone else. After he tells me it isn't a big deal and he can fix it. We called them on Monday, and its Thursday. WATER IS POURING OUT and he kept saying "I got to get the right part." We dug the hole our selves, MY ENTIRE LAWN is torn apart so we wouldn't have to pay him. Called him back out on Tuesday. He tells us, he needs a different part. He says he can't come out on Wednesday due to the weather. He says he will come out Thursday morning. Comes out and says he needs a different part. Goes out to get a different part and doesn't come back until 5 pm. Works on it for an hour and then says "I quit. I can't fix it. You need this other part...call someone else." Are you serious? WOW. Unbelievable. I'll make sure nobody will use them again. HOW AWFUL. I am a chronically ill patient who just came home from the hospital and we have no running water which is required! How can some stupid company just quit and leave their customer having no idea what they should do next.
