Yesterday was the hottest day of the summer for 2019 so far and the vents in my house were blowing out hot air! I googled a few places nearby, called one and was told I would be called back on Monday unless it was an emergency (technically it was but I didn't want to pay emergency prices). I went on Thumbtack and found Reliable. I sent the necessary information and received a message that said to call back to make an appointment. Hot, sweaty and sad I called thinking I would be making an appointment for sometime next week and potentially taking a day off work. I explained my situation and Karl offered to come out the same day, I was elated! He came out to my home within an hour and got right to work. In the blazing heat I offered him something to drink and he declined saying he just wanted to get the job done, that is dedication! He explained everything to me and also told me my unit was fairly old so I would need to replace it. At no point was he pushy or trying to make me commit to it right that minute. He got my unit running and air was coming out! He came inside, checked the vents but wasn't satisfied that it was cold enough so he went back outside to work! By the time he left, my home was ice cold and I couldn't have been happier! Karl is dedicated, efficient, informative, timely, all the adjectives you can have for great service insert here. The pricing was great especially for the weekend and what could have been charged as an emergency service. I'll definitely be calling him again! I could go on and on about him but if you really want to know, call him and I'm sure you'll agree with me. This will be the best choice you make for your HVAC needs.
