Avoid this business at all costs. Oakes was subcontracted to install a washer and broke my sump pump in the process. Lied and avoided reimbursing me for the replacement of it. took me over 10 weeks and 15+ phone calls to get paid and in the end, Sears is the one who actually reimbursed me not Oakes. Worst experience I have ever had with a business.
